Description: The present specifications apply to Hillerød Municipality's offer of a framework agreement concerning the supply of temporary benefits to the Bochenter for Youth and Adults with Special Needs in Hillerød.

The purpose of the Offering is to conclude framework agreements with 3 suppliers of temporary benefits for contracting entities in the specialized adult area, so that the contracting entity is guaranteed the desired personnel standards during illness and vacation when contracting entity's internal temporary resources are not sufficient.

The suppliers must provide delivery of temporary benefits to:
- Day offer for adults with special needs of section 104 of the Service Act - Activity and business offerings
- Temporary accommodation for young people and adults with special needs of section 107 of the Service Act
- Long-lasting accommodation for young people and adults with special needs of section 108 and § 85 of the Service Act.
