Description: Ski offers a framework agreement divided into 2 sub-agreements on telecommunications and data resolutions, associated solutions and services, as well as mobile phones with accessories and modems. The Framework Agreement is aimed at SKI's customers, including public authorities, public-law bodies, government and municipal public limited companies, independent institutions and independent public companies that can use the Framework Agreement on a voluntary basis. However, if a customer uses the Framework Agreement and assigns a delivery contract, the customer's purchases, as stated in the tender documents. The sub-agreements include the same range, however, so that sub-agreement 1 also includes lay-up telephony services. There is no free choice between the framework agreement's sub-agreements, and in the tender documents of the tender documents, it is stated in which the Customer must use sub-agreement 1, and in which cases the customer must use sub-agreement 2.
