Description: In the present tender, the contracting authority wishes to obtain offers in agreement for technical contract. The Offering is divided into 4 sub-agreements:
- Part Agreement 1: Ventilation contracting
- Part Agreement 2: Plumbing Contract
- Part Agreement 3: El-Entreprise
- Part Agreement 4: Elevator contract.

The supply is carried out in connection with the contracting entity's total contract for the construction of 100 turnkey publicly supported general family and senior homes and a common house. The total contract is carried out using the delegated builder model, which means that Thors Garden A / S, as a delegated builder, must be lifted Funen's non-profit housing associations (FAB) tariff service in the Offering Act. Thors Garden A / S has entered into a comprehensive representative contract with the contracting entity that the contracting entity takes over Thors Garden A / S's rights and obligations under Thors Garden A / S agreement with FAB. Contracting entity must thus be taxed Fab's contractual service in the Offering Act.
