By & Havn wants to enter into a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "contract") with one supplier regarding technical advice andAssistance regarding Preliminary studies in Nordhavn, comprehensive two sub -tasks:
1. Preliminary studies for the demolition of two buildings in Nordhavn (HVC, Levantkaj 1-3, Svanem0lleholm and CMP Domicil, Containervej 9, Levantkaj). The demolitions are necessary to make room for Metro M4 and are covered by the Executive Orderon selective demolition (sub -task 1a and 1b).
2. Others process for urban development in Nordhavn, for example (but not limited to) (sub -task 2):
a. Preliminary study for demolition of other buildings in Nordhavn
b. Preparation of technical tender base for demolition of buildings
