Description: The Urban Development Project Level City Center
Infrastructure, urban and green wedges must be developed and brought in line with the strategic urban development plan for the Level City center of the future - a closer structure with far more functions than the current city center. The urban development plan includes both private urban development with new homes and massive investment in public functions, specifically by establishing the generations houses (school, library, cultural house, care homes and swimming pool). The whole must be linked to the construction of new infrastructure, new urban spaces and green areas, which together must meet the vision of a safe and vibrant city center.

The project development must be done in collaboration with KFI trader fund, DSB properties as well as in close dialogue with the municipality's project secretariat for future primary schools, Nivå school, Nivå library and cultural and leisure associations.
