- Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The EEA intends to conduct a study based on existing data and method(s) to spatially define and assess small-scale fisheries (SSF) fishing activity in coastal and marine areas across Europe-s seas. The aim of the study is to improve the current coverage and estimates of fishing effort associated with SSF in the EU. Outcomes shall contribute to assessing the impacts of human activities and their combined effects on marine ecosystems, marine spatial planning, impact assessment, fisheries management and conservation measures.
