• Description:
• In connection with an upcoming tender for a contract for the treatment of municipally collected waste suitable for incineration, the Municipality of Nordfyn wishes to conduct a market dialogue with potential suppliers. The purpose is to gain knowledge about the market's possibilities and solutions as well as receiving input for the organization of the upcoming tender, including in particular the topics described below. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for submitting an offer. The results of the market dialogue will be included in the work with the design of the requirements specification in order to ensure the best possible match between the municipality's needs and the market's possibilities. The tender is expected to include processing approx. 4,500 tonnes of waste suitable for incineration annually, divided into approx. 4,000 tons residual waste and approx. 500 tonnes of residue after sorting (slightly flammable). The quantities are estimates. The Municipality of Nordfyn expects to include costs for transport and possible transshipment as a technical evaluation price for residual waste in accordance with The Norwegian Supply Authority's guidance. For the remainder after sorting, the municipality only expects to include costs for transport as a technical evaluation price. The award criterion is expected to be lowest price. The contract is expected to enter into force on 1 January 2027 and run until 31 December 2029 with the possibility of extension for up to 2 x 12 months on unchanged terms, provided that both parties agree to this.
