- The tender concerns the purchase of trocars, staplers and related products for Region Southern Denmark, Region Central Jutland, Region North Jutland and Region Zealand. The products are divided into 27 sub-contracts.
Contracts are concluded separately with the winning bidders for each of the individual regions in the individual sub-contractscontract The tenderer will thus have to enter into a contract per participating region that is obliged to enter into the contract and/or that exercises an option to join the contract. This means that the individual contracts can otherwise be terminated, canceled or otherwise terminated or extended, outn this has an impact on the other contracts entered into.
The estimated and the maximum quantity for all partial contracts together are 1,252,204 and 2,128,743 pieces respectively
