Description:
Novafos uses a simplified tendering process and a framework agreement concept in this tender, which will make it easier for both the contracting and tenderer, and thereby taking into account development/fluctuations in range, etc.
Tenderer does not, as with traditional tendering, need to complete extensive (tender) lists formed for the apartment by the contracting entity. As part of the offer, the tenderer must provide an overview of the tenderer's range within the product categories below, as well as a discount rate that applies to the entire bidder's range in these categories. Evaluation Technically, there will be used a 'secret' product basket model.
The framework agreement will deal with the entire tenderer's range within the aforementioned product categories.
Product Category 1: Industry/Bracket/Fastening/Bolts
Product Category 2: Personal protective equipment
Product Category 3: Plumbing
Product Category 4: Chemistry, Tape and Hygiene
Product category 5: steel and metal
Product Category 6: Equipment for workshop and construction site
Product Category 7: Tools and Machines
The estimated value of the framework agreement (in Another 4 years including the possibility of extensions) amounts to DKK 4,800,000 excluding VAT. The contractor expects the greatest consumption to be Inside Product Category 7 'Tools and Machines'. Calculation of the estimated value is based on the contractor's historical consumption.
Framework Agreement Period: 2 years + option of 2 x 12 months extension
