Description:
In 2022, DR switched to the Sentinel Platform and in this connection wants to connect an external SAC service that actively monitors DR's SIEM platform in 24/7 operation all year round. DR wants a solution that is based on Microsoft Sentinel with the collection of data in a LightHouse solution and which is located physicallysk at DR's location - DR Byen.

DR wants to enter into a mutually beneficial collaboration, where both parties ensure the best solution at all times. DR therefore emphasizes that the collaboration includes ongoing cost optimization, including that the sparring received from the Supplier is carried out byexperienced and competent employees.
It is also essential for DR that the service procured is delivered by a highly qualified supplier who has accumulated solid experience in performing SAC on Sentinel.
This experience may have been gained through the fact that the supplier has created high and stable over timeturnover on this particular service, by continuously getting positive feedback from existing customers (including preferably as a result of many years of cooperation) and generally by being able to describe a well-designed security solution of high and stable quality.
Especially the combination between the occurrence of many specialiscompetences in the organization, experience with implementation and operation of the solution with several customers, and not least the results achieved with these customers, are DR's wishes for a future supplier.
