- The ordering party wishes to enter into an agreement with an IT supplier for the delivery, maintenance, support and further development of an IT solution that can support the Region's administrative management and work processes within kitchen and laundry production. The solution must support all processes within afgplacing and receiving orders at customer and item number level, calculation of production figures, stock and inventory management, supply information in the form of packing and delivery notes as well as information for settlement of the Region's departments that receive services from the Kitchen and Laundry production. Solutiongen must also contain reporting with operational and strategic management information. The region wants a solution that brings together all management and supply in a common solution, and where the desired solution has interfaces to the production systems for the kitchen production system, external lvendors of food etc. and to the laundry machines as well as to the internal support systems (IDM and AD).department level and order locations.
