Description:
Region Southern Denmark's transversal purchasing department, Strategic Purchasing, wants to purchase a Product Master Data Management System (PMDM system), delivered as a cloud-based standard purchasing system. Acquisition of a PMDM system has 3 overall purposes: 1) Possibility to better manage the Region's menter product data within the goods supply area 2) Option to be able to support future formats, cf. current legislation in the area, for electronic catalogs from suppliers. 3) Possibility to support increased requirements for security of supply and management of environmental conditionsd. The system must integrate with the region's existing purchasing and logistics system ILS, VAX NemHandel, the integration systems VAX-integrator and REGIS as well as other specialist systems.
