Description:
This tender concerns the conclusion of framework agreements regarding management consultants. The tender contains 3 (three) partial agreements.
Reference is made to the Requirements specification for the respective sub-agreements for further details.
The following suppliers are assigned to each sub-agreement:
Sub-agreement 1: 3 (three) suppliersrer.
Sub-agreement 2: 4 (four) suppliers.
Sub-agreement 3: 3 (three) suppliers.
Provision of management consultants to Andel Holding A/S - Sub-agreement 1
Management consultancy services within this sub-agreement cover the needs of the group and the business units to achieve support to develop and realize strstrategic objectives and to be able to optimize and adapt business and organizations to new requirements and changes in the market.
In order to deliver a high-quality service to Andel within this sub-agreement, the Supplier must keep up-to-date on both Andel and the industry. It is necessary, that the Supplier ensures that the knowledge gained via the individual tasks carried out for Andel is shared among the consultants who work on tasks at Andel.
The areas covered by Part Agreement 1 are the following:
• Strategy including Mdesign and development
Process optimization especially within:
• Operations/operations optimization
• Process mapping and optimization
• Procurement and Supply Chain
• Operating model
