Description:
The regions offer laboratory services within the scope of the Soil Pollution Act. These are analyzes of soil, fresh sediment, groundwater, fresh surface water, passively collected air and/or actively collected air samples. The analyzes primarily relate to pollution investigations and preventionprojects including the establishment and operation of prevention facilities as well as monitoring at contaminated sites.
The tender is divided into five sub-agreements - one for each region, so that each region is responsible for tendering and entering into its own sub-agreement. Region Zealand, Region Southern Denmark, Region Central Jutland and Region Nordjylland each enters into one framework agreement with one supplier, while the Capital Region enters into two parallel framework agreements. The regions are aware that bidders submitting bids for several of these partial agreements may have factually justified differences in their various bids. It is noted liit is noted that there are certain differences in the partial agreements.
