Description:
The ordering party wishes to enter into an agreement with an IT supplier for the delivery, maintenance, support and further development of an IT solution that can support the Region's management and production of food in the region's kitchens, based on orders placed, from the Region's many hospitals and departments as well as instituteions and for subsequent delivery of the produced food. The tendered Solution, Kitchen Production System (KPS), must provide digital support for the production of food. The solution must support creation of recipes, pricing of finished products dishes, information about raw materials, creation of perproduction needs, creation of product declarations and other information about the dishes, information about portioning and packaging, information about nutrition, management and sending of item numbers to the Region's Production Supply and Management System (PFS). The solution also receives orders from PFSand manage the production of food and provide management reporting. The solution is to be used in RS Kitchen, which consists of a number of production kitchens and staff canteens, as well as in those of the region's institutions that need a system to support their production of food. The solution has ten sectionsl The region's Production, Supply and Management System (PFS), for external suppliers of food and for the internal support systems (AD).
