- The tender concerns the provision of health insurance with the associated benefits to employees and managers of Danske Spil A/S, Danske Lotteri Spil A/S, Danske Licens Spil A/S, Det Danske Klasselotteri A/S and Elite Gaming A/S.
The health insurance covers both working hours and leisure time and includes claims insuranceaction for all employees in the above-mentioned companies, with the option of covering spouses/cohabitants for a separate payment.
In relation to the employees' children, the tenderer must, in connection with the initial offer, offer a price for the employees incl. collectively calculated child coverage untilthe child's 24th year, which includes the employees' own biological and adopted children as well as children of spouses/cohabitants, with the same civil registry address as the employees. The price for the collective child cover must be stated in column D20 in Appendix 3 Price list Health insurance.
For the first negotiation meetinge reserves the Ordering Party the right to negotiate whether the price for the employees must continue to include a collectively calculated child cover, or whether the child cover must be a voluntary optional scheme for the individual employee. This will only be a negotiation in relation to whether it should be Ordremployer who pays for the collective child cover, or whether it is the individual employee who pays for the child cover.
