Description:
Tender with negotiation of the harbor crane, training of the customer's staff in use and minor servicing of the harbor crane, as well as service agreement for the harbor crane.
Naestved Havn (hereafter "Client") is a company that owns port facilities and operates a commercial port ("Erhvervshavnen") located in Naestved city. The Erhvervshavnen handles bulk and general cargo and has experienced an increasing turnover in recent years. The Ordering Party is located in Naestved town.
The Ordering Party wishes to purchase a material handling machine (hereafter the "Port crane") for use in the Ordering Party's activities at the port.
The tendered total contrdeed (hereinafter the "Contract") includes (i) delivery of the Harbor Crane, (ii) training of the Ordering Party's personnel in the use of the Harbor Crane, and (iii) warranty and service agreement (hereinafter the "Service Agreement").
The requirements for the harbor crane appear in the tender notice, the tender conditions, the requirements specification and Controlthe act.
