Description:
The offer includes acquisition, operation and maintenance of a standard Facility Management system as a Service.
The supplier must provide the necessary services in connection with establishing the System, including providing training for the municipality's users during the establishment phase. In addition, the supplier mustas an additional purchase, provide training and make a training and testing environment available during the contract period.
Odense Municipality's building stock currently consists of of 2,015 buildings of a total of 1,101,000 m2, distributed as follows:
- Complex buildings (Care center, Leisure, (culture)): 384,500 m2
- Less complex buildingsnger (Schools, daycare centers): 441,500 m2
- Simple buildings (Rental properties, administration, others): 275,000 m2
The system must support the following task areas:
- FM-Plant
- FM-Order
- Area-space management
- Finance- finance/contract
It is essential for Odense Municipality that the system is usefuluser-friendly and flexible.
The system must also support the conceptual data model prepared by Odense Municipality. The system must also be integrated into a number of specified systems. The contract contains elements similar to a framework agreement, as specified ad hoc services can be purchasedthe set hourly rates for ad hoc assistance.
