Description: National supply of face visors for use as personal protective equipment in both regions and municipalities. The tender is carried out for the regions, Kommunalt Værnemiddel Indkøb (KVik) and the Danish Agency for Security of Supply (sfos). The Central Jutland Region is the lead for the tender procedure itself.
With the entry into force of BEK no. 1534 of 28 October 2020, with effect from 29 October 2020, it is a statutory requirement that bandages or visors must be worn in places to which the public has access, including in the area of health and the elderly, which has led to a sharp increase in the need for visors in the field of health and the elderly. There is thus an urgent need for the purchase of visors. On this basis, the tender is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, section 57, subsection. 5, for which reason the offer deadline is set at 15 days. Reference is also made to the schedule in section 4.
