  • The Municipality of Copenhagen provides a framework agreement for the supply of sterile salt water, cf. sub-agreement 1, and antibacterial filters, cooking pot/boiler, post-injection swap and instructions for use, cf. sub-agreement 2. The client has therefore divided the framework agreement into 2 separate sub-agreements. Sub-agreement 1 contains the following delivery: Staroxygen salt water: For dissolving substances such as cocaine and heroin before injection. Sub-agreement 2 contains the following delivery: Boiling pot/boiler spoon: Used to mix and possibly heat substances in before injection. Antibacterial filters: Used to filter bacteria and harmful particles from the dissolved Stvictim before injection. Post-injection swap: For compression at the injection site after injection of substances (not a patch). The total estimated value of the framework agreement is DKK 5,000,000 (including extension options), while the total maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 7,500,000 (if The ordering party will needto buy more than the estimated framework agreement value).
