- The agreement includes statutory sampling and analysis of samples taken from drinking water and groundwater (sub-agreement 1), waste water (sub-agreement 2) and samples of sludge and leachate (sub-agreement 3). In addition, there will be extra, urgent and emergency tests. The supplier must be responsible for sampling or collection, frcare and analysis of the samples. In addition, quality assurance of the results must be carried out before reporting to the authorities and the companies.
