- The client wishes to purchase and implement a maintenance program (CMM system) which can exchange data with the utility companies' SRO system (Control, Regulation and Monitoring System) and Outlook. The client wishes to support the daily operation and maintenance with a specific maintenanceexercise program. The CMM system must be used within the supply area. Today, data is in many different places and the systematic maintenance is ensured today via the utility companies' SRO system and spreadsheets, but also with the help of skilled employees with high seniority.
The delivery is divided into 3 delleversions. One for each of the utility companies that must use the system.
Each partial delivery includes the following main services, which for each utility company are specified in more detail in the Contract:

- Licenses

- Hypercare
- Operation
