Description:
This tender concerns the purchase of biodegradable bags (biobag) made of material other than paper for Lejre Municipality and Roskilde Municipality. The bio bags must be used for the collection of food waste from private households and municipal institutions in the two municipalities. The biobags must be compostable with a minimum of 55%bio-based material. There are two models of bags for indoor collection of unsorted food waste: 1) Bio bags for private households, totaling approx. 18,260,000 pcs. per year, 2) Large bio bags for larger, private households and kitchens, e.g. in municipal institutions, a total of approx. 25,000 pcs. peryear. After allocation, the two municipalities will enter into individual framework agreements. The framework agreement with Lejre Municipality starts on 1 May 2024 and the framework agreement with Roskilde Municipality starts on 1 February 2024. Both framework agreements run until 31 January 2026. There is an option to extend the framework agreement at differentthird terms 2 times up to 12 months. The estimated value of the two framework agreements incl. options total DKK 25,500,000 (excl. VAT) divided into DKK 5,500,000 for Lejre Municipality and DKK 20,000,000 for Roskilde Municipality. The maximum value of the two framework agreements incl. options total DKK 32,900,000.(excl. VAT) divided into DKK 7,000,000 for Lejre Municipality and DKK 25,900,000 for Roskilde Municipality.
