Description:
The Danish Building Agency offers a 4-year framework agreement for turnkey services, which includes planning, project development, design and execution in connection with new construction, extension, modernisation, renovation and maintenance for the Client's projects over DKK 3 million. DKK. The builder's projects include arworks within the central administration, including the police, courts and universities. This is a nationwide framework agreement with one general contractor. The framework agreement is estimated to have a total value over a 4-year period of DKK 6 billion. DKK.
It is desired with this framework agreement to ensure an execution mopart for the Danish Building Agency, where product and process are optimized via repetition, trust-based collaboration, relationship building and knowledge sharing. With the tender, the Danish Building Agency therefore wants to find one strong partner who can ensure construction that is delivered on time, budget and quality. Abilityeasy with the strategic framework agreement is to achieve a long-term focused and committed collaboration.
Two information meetings are held about the tender process and the Framework Agreement. The meetings will take place respectively on 6 May 2024 at Carsten Niebuhrs Gade 43, 1577 Copenhagen V and on 7 May 2024 at Thomas Hellocation Vej 11, 8660 Skanderborg.
