- These tendering conditions apply to the construction of the general housing development Stenlangegard section 027 in Naestved. The assignment is offered in total contract on behalf of Bolignaestved, who is the builder.
Bolignaestved has a desire to develop and build a wide selection of family senior and senior-designed housing in the new extension in the stone length area. The living space is 7,402 m2 gross (BBR area), where 95 homes will be erected, which will be a combination of 95 general family homes and a community house.
The department will allow for a life in close contact with nature in a settlement that is shaped to withstand the climate challenges of the future, which is why integrated climate solutions have been designed that contribute positively to the experience of varied urban spaces with a high degree of biodiversity.
