- The Ministry of Defence's Material and Procurement Agency (FMI) must enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the supply of collapsible stairs/landings with adjustable legs on stairs and landings (T/R M/22) for the Norwegian Defense Forces' (FSV) mobile function containers (CON), with associated spare parts and hourly servicesasis for purchased T/R, as well as hourly services, spare parts and accessories for FSV existing T/R (T/R M/13). The agreement also covers the development and delivery of additional T/R solutions for some of FSV's other containers.

As there must be a reliable and legal access route to the container,that are placed on the bed of the Defence's tactical trucks, a T/R M/22 must be fitted. The need must cover both the CON acquired via the FMI container framework agreement (CONRAM), and the CON that must be re-acquired in relation to the replacement of FSV's existing CON (the CON legacy).

T/R M/13 construction, including accompanying drawingsgs material and material descriptions, must basically be followed as a basis for the T/R M/22 construction. T/R M/13 must be upgraded/improved so that it complies with the latest Standards and AT guidelines in the area.

In addition to T/R M/22, the tenderer must be able to supply other stair solutions for CWED. This external FMI drawing basis and/or newly developed constructions.

The agreement includes the manufacture of a prototype of the T/R M/22 that must be approved by FMI (FAT and SAT) before production can start.
