Description:
The Road Directorate is in the process of preparing a tender for a contract for staffing the Road Directorate's Traffic Centre. In this connection, an initial market survey is carried out, cf. § 39 of the Public Procurement Act on possible solutions to the task with market players, including how best to create a stable andunsustainable operation and how to best ensure competence development of the employees who must be part of the task solution. Conditions regarding staffing, organisation, competency development models, remuneration model, KPI management and collaboration setup will be included in the market survey.
The Roads Directorate hopes that potentialle bidders will take the time to contribute to the market research by applying to participate in market dialogue meetings. These will take place at the end of January 2023. Invitations to meetings will be issued before Christmas.
