Description: The offer relates to the driving of the citizens of the contracting authority who have been granted special driving according to relevant legal authority. Therefore, there will be citizens who need driving, as they are not able to drive or take public transport to the offers due to a physical and/or mentally impaired functioning. The driving consists primarily of ad-hoc driving, of children, young people, adults and elderly citizens in non-fixed routes. The driving will, as a starting point, take place on weekdays during the period at. 08.00-16.00 all year round, but runs may occur to a very limited extent outside this period. The tenderer should expect that many of the citizens will need help to come between curbs and pickup/delivery point, and thus must be followed to/from the front door and to/from the waiting room, just as a large part of the citizens will use the walker or wheelchair.
