- This tender has been tendered under the Tendering Act, Act No. 1564 of December 15, 2015. The tender business is carried out as a public tender with Negotiation under the Light regime in the Law's Section III on the purchase of social and other specific services over the threshold. The offer includes operation of Canteen at the following address: Gjesinglund Alle 8, 6715 Esbjerg N - as well as other services by appointment, including meeting care, organizing events and other sales. Duration and agreement type: An operating agreement will be concluded with an ordinary duration of 3 years. In addition, the contracting entity has option on Extension of the contract for another 3 x 1 year. Ie A maximum of 6 years in total. The contract comes into force on January 1, 2026.SOSU Esbjerg pays grants for operations. The grant must not exceed DKK 900,000 excl. VAT on contract start.
