Description:
The Municipality of Horsens hereby submits the draft tender material in consultation in the preparation of the supply of software for driving planning and route optimization. All the documents submitted can be commented on, but Horsens Municipality is particularly interested in getting feedback on the requirements specification,the offer list, the award criteria and the schedule. When submitting consultation response, the document "Template for consultation response" is used. The supply relates to the purchase of software for driving planning and route optimization of special driving to the contracting government's driving office. The system must be used to manageContractor's fixed driving. Fixed driving is driving to the municipality's activity centers, special schools/classes and special institutions. Almost all fixed driving takes place as interconnection. The driving is coordinated and planned by the contractor's driving office. The system must embrace the whole process from appropriation and orderfor follow -up on the cost of completed driving via integration to driving suppliers 'systems (Suti Autter Sound) and must thereby be able to provide a comprehensive overview across the contractors' passenger transport schemes.
