Description: The Offering relates to passenger transport for pupils and staff in connection with excursions, business visits, rusture, etc. in Denmark.

The supply is divided into the following sub-agreements:
- Part Agreement 1: Southern Danish Business School
- Part Agreement 2: UCL Business Academy and Professional College
- Part Agreements 3: Via University College
The total scope is expected for a one-year period to form a total of DKK 1,750,000 distributed among the three sub-agreements so

The agreement does not entail obligations for contracting entity to decrease a certain quantity of services covered by the agreement.

The agreement is expected to enter into force on 1 January 2022 and runs until 31 December 2023, after which the contracting entity may extend the agreement for 2 x 12 months. The maximum maturity of the agreement is thus 4 years.
