Description:
In this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for the installation, operation and maintenance of charging stations on public roads in accordance with the AFI Act (Act 2022-04-04 no. 412 on infrastructure for alternative fuels for transport). The charging stations must be normal chargers (22 kW). The range includes 970electric car spaces corresponding to 485 charging stations. The agreements run for 10 years. As a rule, a tenderer can be awarded a maximum of 3 sub-agreements. The award of the contracts will take place on the basis of the best ratio between price and quality, where the Ordering Party can give a maximum of 1,000 points, with sub-criteriane "Price" (250 points), "Establishment time" (200 points), "Ad hoc prices" (100 points), "Green power" (200 points) and "Green vehicles and construction machinery" (250 points).
