Description: The regional sterilization of Rigshospitalet (RSR) and Herlev Hospital (RSH) in the Capital Region is built with automation of the entire production flow. This implies, among other things, that equipment / products and including instrument networks used for handling instruments must be handled automatically via robots, convayers and miniload stores.

When commissioning RSR, it has been found that the instruments roll around in the instrument nets. It has immediately 2 implications. First, the instruments are "holes for bulter" in the nets when they arrive in the operating departments. Second, the instruments come under the handlebars on the instrument nets. This will mean that the robot - on RSR - will not be able to empty the containers when the instruments are below the handles. Therefore, there must be a solution - most recently at commissioning - of the regional sterile center Herlev Hospital RSH.
