Description:
FMI intends to offer a framework agreement that can meet the needs of the Armed Forces for sensitive flights worldwide. Sensitive understood as: Flights where the utmost discretion is required or where deadlines for placing orders, handling and confirmation require something very special. Only the necessarye employees must be made aware of the specific information about sensitive flights
The flights may consist of personnel or goods. Personnel flights may include royalty, heads of state, key military personnel, military personnel and other persons whose movement affectsgtes as being sensitive.
The agreement will require that the supplier can offer flights to high-risk/conflict areas.
Security approval is thus required to fulfill the agreement. Furthermore, it is important that the supplier is available 24/7, every day of the week, and that wood is availableffe's agreement (down to 4 hours) about ordering a plane within a very short time frame.
