It has been our goal to draft a standardized contract that balances risk and obligations in the best possible way between the parties of the contract, taking into account, what we need and what we have understood from the market. The purpose of this market dialogue is to ensure that the potential suppliers and their products/services/technical approaches can fit into the prepared contract and appendices, so the procurement is constructed in the best possible way in order to meet the market-s capabilities while mitigating identified risks.
