The building is built as an independent newbuilding located in connection with and connection to Maersk Mc-Kinney Møller Institute (SDU Odense Building Section 33) and engineering studies' buildings (SDU Odense Building sections 42/43 and 44). The offered main contract contains, in addition to the construction of the building itself, also landscape project for the adjacent outdoor areas. The external appearance of the building and landscaping aims to create coherence between existing buildings and outdoor and inner functionality in the building must, among other things, consist of a Dreamlab, Workways, Group Rooms, Meeting Room, Office Spaces and Common Areas.
