Description:
Andel Holding A/S needs to be able to enter into agreements with external consultants within SAP IT consulting and project assistance. Against this background, a framework agreement is offered. Andel Holding A/S is listed as the contracting authority on the framework agreement, while group-affiliated companies can use the framework agreement, og will subsequently have the opportunity to enter into separate Supply or Project Contracts with the suppliers on the framework agreement. These group-affiliated companies are listed in Appendix 4. The tender thus includes all the companies listed in the tender notice and the companies listed in Appendix 4 under Share. Cerius andRadius has a special excl. right according to the activity in Article 9 of the Utilities Directive. The contract in question is related to these activities, which is why the contract is put out to tender.
