Description: Project competition in 2 phases:
Roskilde Municipality hereby invites all interested architects, urban planners, landscape architects etc. to apply for pre-qualification for our exciting project competition. We select 3 teams for phase 1 and then 1-2 teams advance to the phase 2 negotiation, after which we nominate a final winner.
With the architectural competition, Roskilde Municipality will set in motion a positive development of the district "Roskilde Sydvest". It is a district with many hidden qualities and opportunities, which together with new elements must form the basis for development. The goal is to create an open and attractive residential area for current residents, outside visitors and potential newcomers, to add a new social hub to the district and to strengthen the community and the social networks across different resident groups in the district.
