Description:
FMI, is tasked with entering into a framework agreement on an internet -based booking system for the Danish Defense Pool Home, which includes electronic equipment for vehicle management. The contract contains a start-up period that includes development and implementation periods for the booking system. WithThe booking system must be able to carry out booking, lending and return of pool driving eyes. The system must give FMI access to relevant data about the bookings. The booking system must be able to handle the pool driving eyes with minimal resource consumption by FMI. FMI has at this timeA system that handles approximately 16,200 users and 2,800 pool riders. The number of pool riders may vary during the contract period, but is not expected to exceed 5,000. The pools are divided into open and closed pools. Open pools are available to all defense users while closed pools are onlyAvailable to selected user groups. The supplier must provide technical support and HelpDisk function. Technical Support must provide technical assistance to the administrator of the FMI regarding the booking system.
