1.Introduction
The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistic Organisation (DALO) plans to launch an EU-tender for a framework agreement covering the purchase of All Terrain Vehicles (ATV). As part of the preparation, DALO would like to request information regarding the market solutions from potential contractors to be used for the preparation of the upcoming tender. Section 5 of this RFI consists of a requirement specification, which DALO kindly request you to carefully read and make comments as you please.

2.Background
DALO intends to stream line and update the ATV capacity within the Army in order to achieve both operational and technical benefits to the service. Due to this requirement DALO requests to enter into an OEM framework agreement with a single supplier which includes a firm and fixed initial order for 32 ATV and 20 trailers for the Army to be delivered DDP, Incoterms 2020, at Skrydstrup, DK, with a potential total delivery of up to approximately 100 ATV in the duration of the agreement. The initial order will cover the MIL SPEC, High payload variant.
