Description:
The tender includes a framework agreement on rental of vans without a driver for service use to Aarhus Municipality. All vehicles must be free to be picked up and delivered within Aarhus Municipality.
The supplier is required to deliver the vans specified in the tender list on the terms that are indicated in the agreement incl. All appendices.
The scope of the delivery is determined by the orders that the City of Aarhus regularly clears.
It should be possible for all users with a minimum of 12 months of driver's license and a valid driver's license in Aarhus Municipality to drive a rented vehicle - regardless of age.
Aarhus Municipality's estimated total Consumption in the area covered by the agreement amounts to approximately DKK 0.5 million on an annual basis. Danish DKK excl. VAT.
