- The tender includes the following three framework agreements:
Sub -Agreement 1: Framework Agreement on Renting of Passenger Cars Without Driver for Commerce Use to Aarhus Municipality
Sub -Agreement 2: Framework Agreement on Rental of Work Cars Without Driver for Commercial Use to Aarhus Municipality
Sub -Agreement 3:Driver for service use to Aarhus Municipality
It can be submitted for an offer of one, more or all sub -agreements. A supplier can be awarded one, more or all part agreements.
All vehicles must be freely picked up and delivered within Aarhus Municipality.
The agreement includes rental of passenger cars to AarhusMunicipality for service use. All appendices.
The scope of the delivery is determined by the orders that the City of Aarhus regularly plays.
It should be possible for all users with minimum12 months of driver's license and valid driver's license in Aarhus Municipality to drive a rented vehicle - regardless of age.
All vehicles must be freely collected and delivered within Aarhus Municipality. DanishDKK excl. VAT.
The agreement includes rental of work cars to Aarhus Municipality for service.
The supplier is obliged to deliver the vehicles specified in the tender list on the terms specified in the agreement incl. All appendices.
