- The project is a main contract offering on the implementation of the overall plan for 065-0 Praest0vej, Naestved. The project contains a large number of physical initiatives, which will lift the building and secure it in the future as an attractive building in Naestved Municipality.
Focus is aimed at ensuring climate screen and Improvements of the indoor climate as well as the building of housing for available housing. The overall plan has been prepared together with Lejerbo, Naestved Municipality, the Landsbyggefonden and residents.
Orientation of the project
The total building was built in 1954-1964 and consists of 150 apartments divided into 7 blocks, block 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
The blocks are built in glossy wall with red brick with red tile roof.
Balconies are made of white painted concrete, white plastic windows. There are full basement in all blocks.
Head-part walls are done as massive Walls in brick.
An overall plan was prepared in 2016 and a supplement to this one in 2020. The overall plan describes the challenges experienced in the building in terms of indoor climate and how this is improved by energy optimization of the climate screen and replacement of technical installers inside the homes.
Out from The overall plan has been prepared Schedule A, which is approved by the department, the Landsbyggefonden and the authorities.
There has been a good advance dialogue with the municipality about the project during the preparation of project proposals and government project.
