Description:
The task includes the renovation of 11 apartment blocks and a communal house built in the period 1979-1982.
The renovation project mainly includes the following:
•Replacement of roof coverings
•Asbestos remediation of roof construction
•Re-insulation of roof construction
•Installation of solar cells on communal house
•Repair of damagein basements and basement stairs
•Repair of masonry damage on facades, including replacement of masonry beams above windows and doors
•Repair of plaster damage on plinths, additional plinth plaster
•Demolition of old and establishment of new entrance bay windows
•Replacement of external doors and windows
• Total conversionng of 22 pcs. single-family dwellings for accessible housing
•Repair of sewers
•Redesign and re-establishment of terrain and pavements after the renovation
•Design of playgrounds, gardens and planting
•Ground regulation
The project is carried out in stages. The residents of the building will stay during the entire construction andmust be disturbed as little as possible.
