Description:
This tender includes the demolition and renovation of residential blocks, located in the general housing department Gadehavegard in H0je-Taastrup. The assignment is offered by the housing company DFB v/ Domea.dk s.m.b.a. (Hereafter "Builder").
Gadehavegard is a typical assembly building consisting of a total of 19 residential blocks,Of which three (3) blocks are demolished and 14 residential blocks must undergo a major renovation. The remaining two (2) blocks are sold and are not included in the renovation and demolition project. The workers are expected to be performed in mid-2027-2032 over three (3) stages.
