Description:
The contracting entity, including the Health and Care Administration in the City of Copenhagen, provides contracts for the provision of a digital rehabilitation solution as a light benefit in accordance with section III of the Tendering Act, cf. 3. The first contract is expected to take effect on October 1, 2025 and have a Estimated maturity of up to 4 years, including options on extension. The total estimated value of the first contract - including extension options - is DKK 10,000,000 excl. VAT. The purpose of the supply is to acquire a digital solution that supports rehabilitation of citizens with rehabilitation needs. The solution must be ready for use and meet a number of requirements, including functionality, data security and ease of use for both citizens and therapists: --- The solution must be ready for use and meet the requirements of the contract. --- The digital rehabilitation solutions must be CE approved as telemedicine equipment in Denmark. --- The solution's training instructions must at least be available in Danish and English and can advantageously be offered in several languages. --- The solution must not require the installation of equipment in the citizen's homes, such as extra routers, fixed screens or the like. --- The Digital Rehabilitation solutions must comply with current digital security regulations from the City of Copenhagen, including requirements for the conclusion of a data processing agreement, the use of multifactor login, data storage and SIEM integration.
