Description:
Nordvaerk is a waste community owned by seven Nordjyske municipalities: Hj0rring, Br0nderslev, Jammerbugt, Mariagerfjord, Rebild, Aalborg and Laes0. Nordvaerk is responsible for waste collection from 450,000 citizens and the operation of recycling sites in Hj0rring Municipality, Aalborg Municipality, Br0nderslev Municipality,Rebild Municipality and Jammerbugt Municipality. Nordvaerk owns the Aktieselskabet Nordvaerk Skydsenergi A/S, which handles the operation of energy plants inHj0rring and Aalborg.
Nordvaerk needs a framework agreement regarding the purchase of green food waste bags for Aalborg Municipality (hereafter referred to as the "framework agreement"). Nordworks therefore implement this public tender in accordance with Section II of the Tendering Act for the purpose of entering into this framework agreement.It should be noted - for good measure - that this tender is a re -tender. Nordvaerk has thus previously published tender notice (Tender notice no. 775885-2024) regarding the conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase of green food waste bags to Aalborg Municipality, which Nordvaerk However, howeverhas been forced to cancel (Cancellation Order No. 90854-2025).
