Description:
The offer includes education on four modules in public management at diploma level (DOL). DOL has been an initiative in Aarhus Municipality's efforts for joint leadership and management development since 2010. Participation in DOL, together with efforts in the individual magistrates' departments, supports the municipalitys managers in the managerial tasks in the organization. The teaching on the joint management training in Aarhus Municipality is carried out with a focus on the managers' handling of the complex and practice-related management challenges in everyday life, solving the core task at the workplace and understanding contextsin Aarhus Municipality. The tender concerns the following services: • Teaching • Teaching facilities • Teaching material Offers are requested for four modules on the joint leadership training DOL in Aarhus Municipality. The four modules that are being tendered as four partial agreements are: Basic modules: 1. Detpersonal leadership and change 2. Management of employees and professional development 3. Organization, development and co-creation Thesis module: 4. Thesis module. One framework agreement will be entered into with a supplier for each of the four partial agreements.
