Description:
The tender concerns the full operation of two (2) care centers in Gribskov Municipality as well as the operation of the Dementia Center Holbohave. In addition, an option to operate the care center Udsigten.
The target group for a care home in Gribskov Municipality is the elderly who can no longer manage in their own home and who need help throughout their livesknead. The visitation criteria appear in the quality standard for Housing in care centers.
It is also possible for a spouse or cohabitant to move into the care home without needing a care home themselves.
In addition to residents of the care centers, there are also citizens who live outside of carecenter and is checked into the day center, and self-trainers who can use the care center's training facilities for certain periods of time.
The target group for the day center is citizens over 18 who live in their own home and who have a functional level corresponding to 3-4 in Common Language III. The target group for the self-training scheme iscitizens who are retired and enrolled in the self-training schemes.
