This tender is a retender of the tender as published by tender notice 32023-OJ248-788609. The tender was canceled on the basis of an inappropriate requirement regarding the ceiling height of pavilions. In this tender, the ceiling height has thus been reduced to 2.5 m. The tender deals with a framework agreement regarding the establishment and rental of temporary pavilions to support the upcoming capacity building in the Armed Forces, until the permanent building capacity is established. ThereThere will be an option to purchase pavilions without set-up, as well as an option to purchase set-up pavilions after the end of the rental period. for the accommodation of conscripts and the facilities that become necessary in the event of an expectationt forthcoming increase in the number of conscripts. The pavilions must be usable for the necessary purposes, and in addition comply with relevant requirements in the Building Regulations in particular.
It is currently unknown how many pavilions the Danish Property Agency will need, and where these will be locatedes. This will depend on political decisions made during the duration of the Framework Agreement, as well as the outcome of the defense settlement.
